STS-125 Atlantis Landing

Atlantis landed at Edwards Air Force Base in California today after 13 days in the space. I guess it has been a busy week for the crew and the ground control. I got an exciting week to follow the work with Hubble. Glad that the crew are back on Earth again.

STS-125 Wived off landing friday

STS-125 Entry Flight Director Norm Knight has waved off today's second landing attempt at Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the final chance to land today. Weather conditions at Kennedy would not permit a safe landing. Tomorrow, the first landing opportunity at Kennedy Space Center is at 9:16 a.m. Edwards Air Force Base in California will be activated for consideration as well. I will be watching TV tomorrow Saturday.

It's bad weather where I live too. Rain and windy. It is supposed to continue over the weekend. I can't wait for summer.
